Payment and Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without prior notice. Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and cash on delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping only within the Kingdom of Morocco. All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. We offer free shipping on all orders over 900dh. For orders under 900dh, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in its original condition.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products.
