We offer shipping only within the Kingdom of Morocco. All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over 900dh. For orders under 900dh, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.

To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
